Thank you for unexpected generosity and kindness to me. I loved and appreciated the thoughtful gift package. Thank you for your way of ministry. You have been a source of encouragement ministering to us with loved ones incarcerated. I plan to read each of your books. I already read I lay my Isaac down and also stretcher bearer. Blessings to you and your family

Thank you I spent 18 years in prison ministry working with the chaplain in a Max women's prison. I led small group Bible studies and led worship with guitar. I wrote The Shepherd's Bell Sheep for the children who came to visit their mother. Now I am writing a sequel. I also worked 40 years in nursing homes as LPN. Thank you this really hit home.

I loved reading this story! As a mom who also suffers from my daughter’s choices, I wished friends would whisk me away for a joy-filled day just to take my mind off it for awhile.

What a loving act, something I’d love to do for someone else. Thanks for sharing, Carol!

Carol your transparency is a gift to others walking this journey and waiting to see the face of God. I recently had an opportunity to be of service and someone asked me how I knew what to do... I answered, I just tried to love like Jesus. It is simple but not always easy.
