Carol is hilariously funny, biblically sound, culturally relevant, and a welcome addition to any platform.

Past venues include keynoting at Women of Faith, Extraordinary Women, and Women of Joy events, but she also enjoys speaking at smaller, more intimate retreats and conferences. Additionally, Carol is available for outreach luncheons/dinners and to speak at fundraising events for non-profit organizations.  She has a flexible honorarium and she will do her best to work with your budget.

Her personal testimony includes the story of the day her world was turned upside down when her only child, a son, was arrested for a serious crime.

Life as she once knew it, would never be the same–but out of this tragedy God brought fresh faith, a deeper understanding of compassion, a new kind of normal, a growing understanding of biblical principles, and expanded ministry opportunities.

“As Carol spoke I watched women laugh, cry, sing, hug, and ponder–and all the while, I knew God was working wonders in the hearts of everyone in attendance.”

The Lord used your gifts and messages in powerful ways to touch and change our lives – women experienced salvation, renewed thinking, and a stronger awareness of God’s love and presence.

God used Carol Kent in a powerful way to speak truth and encouragement into the hearts of participants attending the Exalt Women’s Conference. Women were challenged to apply God’s Word to their own situation in practical and life giving ways. I highly recommend Carol for your next speaking event.

This session is on seven ways Jesus impacted His disciples that teach us how to pass truth on to the next generation as we encourage others to find hope in their own “new kinds of normal.”  This message will end with a challenge to impact others with the truth we have learned from the life of Christ.

“See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the desert and streams in the wasteland.”   Isaiah 43:19  NIV

Messages
  • “Living in A New Kind of Normal” – The message will list the Bible-based choices we need to make when life as we once dreamed it would be, thrusts us into a new kind of normal.
  • “Turning Fear into Faith” – This message is on the top ten fears that women face in our changing world.  We’ll learn how fear is triggered in our lives and how it can be defeated with biblical principles. (Matt. 14)
  • “Becoming a Woman of Influence”

The subtitle of the book called Unquenchable is:  Grow a Wildfire Faith that Will Endure Anything.  Feel free to weave that or even “Wildfire Faith” into any of your publicity.

“Don’t burn out; keep yourselves fueled and aflame. Be alert servants of the Master, cheerfully expectant. Don’t quit in hard times…”  Romans 12:11-12 MSG

Messages
  • “The Firestorm: Making Hope-filled Choices” – I address the inevitable challenges our faith goes through and that at some point in our lives, our faith is often tested by a faith-shaking experience.  (I weave in part of my own testimony of our journey with our son, a US Naval Academy graduate who is now in prison with a life sentence.)  The scripture is from Daniel…and I emphasize that sometimes God delivers us from the heat of the storm, but “even if he does not,” we can still choose unwavering faith.
  • “Burning Bushes” – This session addresses those “marker moments” in our lives when we are confronted with the voice and/or the power of God when we most need it and when we least expect it.  The challenge is this–when life is confusing, look back on the “burning bush experiences” in your life and remember what God did. I will also discuss the importance of embers. They do their work of igniting new wood when new fuel is thrown on the fire, but in between those times they will bury themselves under the gray ashes and allow the fire to slowly burn itself deeper and deeper into their core.  We see our frailties and limitations, but we also know that God loves, enjoys, delights in, and even celebrates our fellowship, as we develop enduring faith.
  • “Growing a Faith that Impacts Others” – This session is based on the seven ways Jesus impacted His disciples that reveal to us how we can pass unquenchable faith on to the next generation.  It is a practical message that encourages women to live for something that will outlast their lives.

“You show that you are a letter from Christ, the result of our ministry, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.” 2 Cor. 3:3 NIV

Messages
  • “Carol’s Story:  When I Lay My Isaac Down”  (Carol’s personal testimony)
  • “The Journey to Authenticity” (The importance of developing spiritual authenticity as we share our journey with others and encourage them to develop a passion for Jesus.
  • “Defeating Fear God’s Way” (Overcoming our major fears and learning how to defeat them with biblical principles)
  • “Your Next Chapter” (The Book of Ruth reminds us that God often uses natural circumstances to bring about His supernatural will.  We need what Boaz needed: 1. The providence of God; 2. A strategic plan; 3. Faith-filled prayers.)
If your event is a luncheon or dinner meeting, a fund-raising event, or an outreach event, please fill out the booking form and Carol will be happy to discuss many additional presentations that would work well for your event.
